Controversy is an inseparable part of the human nature. People usually try to either absolve or solve conflicts and controversies; though, I am skeptical about the efficiency of the both.
Conflicts come from circumstances that both means and ends have little in common. Under such a condition, people are not even motivated to be competitive. Solving a problem is a win-lose situation, in which the solver tries to turn a threat to an opportunity. The counter-party by all means has surrendered and has no share of the cake. By absolving a conflict, one hopes that the problem will be deteriorated. Even though, S/he is being anguished by the side effects of the still-standing hindrance.
Dissolving a clash is the most efficient and systematic way to overcome it. By dissolving a conflict, one changes the circumstances and interactions in a system, so that the conflict will disappear and no treatment would be needed. I would say cancer surviving has such an analogy, in which the survivor would not rely anymore on the cures; but instead will focus on changing the inter-organic circumstances, which has caused the unnatural development in his/her body.

First of all happy new blog :)
ur post was arresting enough to write a comment here.
My experiences have taught me dissolving makes a receptive, liquid like setting which you can flow freely in any direction, and try everything with no fear of any side effect. However it makes ur life very level and at high risks which can be very hard to survive in. My approach is to dissolve my obstacles, not to compromise with many conflicting ideas but rather, to live my quality life with the few quality people around me. But need to be mentioned here that i have examples of how using all human resources available even in an every day’s life of an ordinary person may well be such a winning tactic.
at the end, i think, it’s good to have enough money to buy all of those human resourses =D
